In attempt to ensure your confidentiality and privacy, we have developed controls to keep your information from outside parties. Security encryption of your information using the latest in technology is utilized to help keep your information anonymous and confidential.
Cookies
PlasmaGlass does not gather cookies (small bits of information about your use of our system) to gather information about your use of our website. No cookies are stored on your system permanently.
Automatic Information Storage
Session Variables may be used temporarily in your system cache memory to facilitate your transaction. All Session Variables are deleted when you log off of the PlasmaGlass system. An example of such information that is automatically produced is alphanumeric numbers held during your session on our site to facilitate page-to-page transactions. Personal information such as your name, email, phone, address, company name or otherwise is not stored at any time, unless the user specifies otherwise.
Partners
PlasmaGlass does not share your information with any partner companies, unless given your deliberate permission in writing. We will not sell your information to any newsletter or mailing list companies to access your information including name, address, email, telephone, company name, title, position or otherwise.
Children
PlasmaGlass is a family-friendly company and does not publish information that is not suitable for children or minors. Examples of pornography, offensive language, graphic pictures, or violence are not published on PlasmaGlass.com.
Your Account Access
Usernames and passwords are stored in our databases for use in our reporting system. This information is kept securely and solely on our private servers and is only used to assist you in accessing your account as a client, and facilitating communication. User information is stored only when the user voluntarily gives this information for use by a client company. No information is released outside of the PlasmaGlass system.
Terms
No party other than PlasmaGlass is allowed to access information stored on our servers. Doing so is a violation of federal and state law. PlasmaGlass has taken caution by placing security measures and firewalls on all network servers in an attempt to prevent outside parties from accessing private information. In the event of a breach of security or attempted breach of security, PlasmaGlass will press charges to the fullest extent to those parties illegally accessing information on our servers, both civilly and criminally.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for ordering from PlasmaGlass. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your PlasmaGlass purchase, please call 1-877-5PLASMA for a Return Material Authorization Code (RMAC) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the PlasmaGlass warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMAC. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, cases, bases, stands or documentation that was shipped with the product. A 10% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. If you purchased your order under a purchase order on PlasmaGlass 30 day credit, you may be asked to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) for PlasmaGlass to assess the 10% open box restocking fee. Configure to order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless damaged on arrival. Accessory items to PlasmaGlass Screens have the same return policies and agreements.
•NOTE: Buyer determines shipping method and pays for shipping costs of returned items. PlasmaGlass recommends that Buyer use a carrier that offers shipment tracking, insurance, and declaration of full value so that Buyer is completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If Buyer chooses not to use a carrier with the aforementioned services, Buyer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Damaged On Arrival
A PlasmaGlass product is considered damaged on arrival if it shows scratches, dents, cuts, etc. after first removing it from the packaging. If you believe that your product is damaged on arrival, please call PlasmaGlass immediately upon receipt at 1-877-5PLASMA. PlasmaGlass will determine whether the product is damaged on arrival and may offer you the following options:
•Replacement: The same product that you ordered may be shipped to you at PlasmaGlass’s expense. PlasmaGlass will put you in touch with your PlasmaGlass Sales Associate to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the product.
•Service: If possible, you may have the product repaired at PlasmaGlass’s expense and returned as soon as possible.
Product not determined to be damaged within the 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for the options listed above.
•*Damaged On Arrival Terms and Conditions*
oThis policy applies only to PlasmaGlass products. As new products are offered, PlasmaGlass reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.
oThis policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bear the PlasmaGlass brand name. Buyer may call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues.
oIf the product is deemed Damaged on Arrival by a PlasmaGlass Representative more than 30 calendar days after the invoice date, PlasmaGlass’s standard product warranty will apply.
oIf the product is deemed by PlasmaGlass Representative NOT to be damaged on arrival, PlasmaGlass’s standard refund and return policy will apply.
oShipping will be arranged at PlasmaGlass’s expense for all products determined by PlasmaGlass to be damaged on arrival.
PlasmaGlass reserves the right to test returned damaged on arrival product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, PlasmaGlass may impose a $200 handling fee.
CUSTOM-CONFIGURED PRODUCT
We are pleased to offer screens and other products that are custom-made to your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, canceled, and does not apply to the aforementioned guaruntees (except for the Damaged on Arrival guarantee) once your order is in production.
